Financial information

The section contains information that a subscriber needs for timely payment for communication services, as well as for an independent audit of financial relationships with the operator. Installment information

This section contains the history of your payments for communication services - you can see when and how much was credited to the account for the last 2 months.

Unconfirmed payments

To register a payment, click the "Next" button.

Enter the required amount in rubles and click "Next".

* The maximum amount for registration is 3 Belarusian rubles. If you enter an amount that exceeds this limit, you will see an error. The validity period is 3 days.

Payment by EO card

In this section, you can pay for communication services using an express payment card by entering the 14-digit code indicated on it.

What conditions must be met in order for a refund to be processed?

  • The amount of payment must not exceed 30 Belarusian rubles;
  • No more than 14 days have passed since payment;
  • The correct number differs from the incorrect one by no more than 2 digits;
  • When paying to the PRIVET subscriber number, the return of an erroneous payment is possible only if at the time of processing the application, the declared funds have not been spent.

In other cases, it is necessary to contact the velcom sales centers (if the erroneous payment was credited to the velcom / PRIVET number), or to the sales centers of the operator in whose favor the erroneous payment was made (the data is indicated in the check). A refund request is considered up to 3 business days. You will be informed of the result by SMS.

Accounts, detail

This menu item includes information related to subscriber accounts. You have the opportunity to view the details of the account and the breakdown of charges for the last six months and for the current period. Drilldown for the current period is provided as of the day before the request. Here you can order an invoice to the address email or change the address and delivery method of the invoice. The service is not provided during the period of billing for communication services (from the 1st to the 3rd day of each month).

This section contains information about the cost of communication services (including subscription fees and VAT) that you used in the current month.

In this section you can see the details of your calls and SMS for each of the six previous months and for the current period. The available types of detail are outgoing and incoming.

When choosing the item you are interested in, press the "Next" button. Your number will receive an SMS - message with an M - code, which must be entered into the text field.

* To view the detail from a tablet (modem), you must enter PUK1.

Order invoice by E-mail

You can order a re-sending of an invoice for communication services (for the period of interest), if it was not received during the regular mailing. The invoice will be sent to the e-mail address that you indicated when concluding the contract with the company. If the Client repeatedly changes the address of delivery of invoices within a month, the regular invoice will be sent by the company to the address specified in CCIS at the time the invoice was generated for the past billing period.

This section contains the history of delivery of regular bills for communication services to the subscriber. You will not be able to view the delivery history if you selected the delivery group: "Receives by itself".

Change of delivery method / address

In this section, you are given the opportunity to change the method of invoice delivery by choosing the most convenient for you (e-mail or by hand).

If you specify the E-mail method, then the invoice for communication services will be sent to your specified e-mail address in PDF format. When choosing an additional Excel carrier, you will additionally receive invoices in Excel format.

At the last step, enter the address, select the invoice format and click on the "Next" button. When you go to the next page, we confirm receipt.

Internet statistics

In this section, you can view statistics on the visited resources for 1 day within the six previous months and the current period.

Please note: Internet statistics are generated using information about visited resources aggregated by services and contains: service name, domain names of visited resources (only for the http service, if the IP address is correctly converted to a domain name), incoming and outgoing traffic.

Services whose definition is not possible are aggregated into the Other category.

The data in the table is sorted according to the total traffic volume, from highest to lowest.

This section allows you to activate / deactivate some additional services, as well as temporarily suspend the service of the subscriber number.

Subscriber services

This section provides you with a list of connected additional services... Also here you can independently activate and deactivate other services (if their use is provided for by your tariff plan).

In this section you can choose a number from the list of proposed ones, or choose a number by means of a mask or type, and also leave a request to change the number.

Pause

4. When working in the Personal Account, the following must be taken into account:

  • changes in the list of selected services take effect within 24 hours;
  • information on the state of the balance and the remainder of the traffic is updated as the data on the communication services consumed by the subscriber and the payments made are received in the settlement system. When using the service " International roaming»Calculation of the cost of consumed communication services is carried out upon receipt of the relevant information from roaming partners;
  • in the process of executing applications, funds are debited from the balance sheet for the services provided in accordance with the current tariffs of the company;
  • subscribers serviced on a prepaid basis, the ability to connect additional services is provided if there is an amount on the balance moneysufficient to pay for the cost of the connected service;
  • requests for connection / disconnection of services may be rejected if the subscriber / client service is suspended at the initiative of the subscriber / client or company;
  • access to call details is provided after additional authentication;
  • in case of repeated changes in the delivery address of invoices during the month, the regular invoice will be sent by the company to the last address indicated in the reporting period.

5. The time of inactivity in the system is 15 minutes, after this time the session will be terminated. All applications formed but not completed at the time of termination of the session in the Personal Account will be canceled. The subscriber is given the opportunity to initiate a new session.

6. Subscribers can independently manage access to their Personal Account (open / close access) from using USSD * 141 * 3 * 6 #. To open access, you must enter the PUK1 code of the SIM card used.

7. Access to the personal account of subscribers / administrators / supervisors legal entity can be closed at the request of the organization. Administrators / supervisors can control access to the Client's Personal Account.

8. The subscriber is fully responsible for the safety of the password. If the password is disclosed, the subscriber must change the password.

9. In case of losing the SIM card, the subscriber must contact the company's information service at 411 or the A1 sales centers to disconnect the Personal Account.

10. The company has the right to restrict the subscriber / administrator / supervisor's access to the Personal Account if there is reason to believe that the subscriber / administrator / supervisor commits an offense causing damage to the company or third parties.

11. The company has the right to introduce new services, change the nature and method of rendering services that can be connected or disconnected by the subscriber through the Personal Account. Information about the changes is posted on the official website www.a1.by.

12. The company has the right to unilaterally change this Procedure by publishing the changes on the official website www.a1.by

13. In everything else, not regulated by this Procedure, the client and the company are guided by the provisions of the contract.
