At the same time, Vodafone provides many free messages and minutes for calls. This policy is due to the fact that voice and message roaming has become an inexpensive service for operators on their get-togethers, but data transfer is still expensive. The operator wants to earn more by “giving more to subscribers,” that is, to increase the average bill. In fact, as Vodafone claims, it is the best value proposition on the market. The only question is how large the audience is interested in the possibility of voice communication. Most likely, these are those who go on a business trip or, due to the specifics of work or personal life, must always stay in touch.

Despite the rebranding, MTS Ukraine retained its tariffs both in the country and abroad. For roaming, they are unprofitable compared to all other offers (including basic ones), and in any case, we advise you to either activate roaming from another operator or buy a local SIM card.
