The cost

The service itself is free, but both calls (active and held) are charged according to your tariff. That is, you pay including the call that is paused while you are talking on the second line.

At the moment, the MTS network supports only 2 simultaneous calls: one held and one active. If you want to answer the third call, you will have to end one of the previous ones.

How to use

If someone else calls you during a call, you will hear a beep. Most modern smartphones have a built-in second line control system. In this case, when you receive the second call, you will see the corresponding inscription on the screen and the ability to choose what to do with the new call: terminate, hold, answer, holding the first one, or answer, ending the first.

If these features are not available on your phone, use the key controls:

0 - rejection of the second call, the subscriber will hear a busy tone, and if connected voice mail or forwarding, the call will be forwarded.
1 - end the first call and accept the second call.
2 - accept a new challenge.
2 - swap call statuses (hold active and make the held active).
N - put all active calls on hold and make a new call to phone number N.
