The relevance of research.

In the modern world, young people are an ordinary business to use web technologies in organizing communication. In essence, we are dealing with a new means of establishing communications, a tool that allows you to organize communication.

This change in communicative forms cannot not change the congestion itself. Such changes lead to essential metamorphoses in the structure of society, impose prints for behavioral standards and even change the mentality.

"Internet" as worldwide information system, forming cyberspace, special reality, creates cyberculture with its concepts, values, ways of thoughts and tongue and today is one of the main components of the information society. Ambiguity of influence social networks The youth is of interest to the study of this problem.

In the network, young people are looking for new friends and new subcultures, trying to find a sense of belonging to a particular group. In the process of searching close in the spirit of the person, young people enter a variety of relationships, they get the opportunity to communicate with a practically limitless number of people and interest groups, with all sorts of personalities, learn many stories, have the opportunity to exchange views and discuss their questions.

Relevance this study It is determined by the fact that social networks play a big role in the lives of people. Daily millions of people communicate, agree on meetings, are looking for information on social networks and the most active users are young people.

In the modern world, young people began to meet their need for communicating through the use of these social networks. She began to neglect walks on the street, hikes in public entertainment and visits to visit friends, replacing it all on a virtual "life" inside social networks. Began to be photographed not to save a pleasant moment in life, but to post these photos to the social network and see some positive comments under them and get another portion of satisfaction. This list can be continued, the problem is obvious and clear. It is impossible to replace "natural" communication on the virtual, lost the control of young people over its real life and exaggerated virtual values.

Problem: There are currently new ways of communication, in particular, social networks that have an ambiguous impact on the development of the identity of young people.

Object of study: youth between the ages of 16 and 30, which uses social networks.

The purpose and objectives of the study.

The achievement of the declared goal is associated with the decision of the following tasks:

1. To identify the intensity of the use and significance of social networks in the life of youth;

2. To study the advantages and disadvantages of communicating in the Internet in comparison with traditional techniques for organizing communication;

5. Determine whether there is a dependence on social networks in the life of young people.

Research hypothesis.

1. Most young people attend social networks daily and are in the network for more than 6 hours.

2. Most young people social networks have a positive effect on communicating with people in reality, and also help in organizing personal leisure, as they have many opportunities (communication with people at a distance, exchange of multimedia information, etc.).

5. Most young people will not be able to abandon the use of social networks.

Research results:

In September 2013 was held empirical study. The survey was 450 people using social networks.

Intensity of use and significance of social networks

In order to characterize registration on social sites, the respondents were asked the question "On what social sites are you registered?", Which suggested any number of answers: Most young people are registered on social sites like Vkontakte.ru (20.4% ), Mail.Ru (29.4%), odnoklassniki.ru (32.3%). Next, the same list of social sites and respondents were proposed to choose the ones they enjoy: the youth most use such social networks as odnoklassniki.ru (40.7%) and Mail.Ru (34%).

In order to characterize the intensity of use of social sites to respondents, three questions were asked: "How long have you already use the services of social sites?", "How often do you attend social networks?" And "how much time do you spend about social networks?": Young people use the services of social sites 3-4 years (42.3%), as well as every day social networks (34.5%); During the day, they are often online, but less than 6 hours.

In this way, hypothesis 1. Confirmed only in terms of the fact that many young people attend social networks daily.

"Does the social network help you in organizing personal leisure?": Half young people believe that the social network helps them in organizing personal leisure. Further, to characterize the benefits of communication on social networks, the respondents were asked the question: "What attracts you most on social networks?": Most of all social network users attract the possibility of exchanging multimedia information (53.8%) and the ability to communicate with friends (49 , 3%), because with the help of the Internet you can exchange information and communicate with friends at a distance with many immediately, as well as this method of communication that saves funds and time.

Thus, out of the above diagrams it can be concluded that hypothesis 2. Confirmed partially. Since most young people have social networks do not affect communication with people in reality, but they help in organizing personal leisure, as they have many opportunities, namely communication with people at a distance, exchange of multimedia information.

When identifying incentives for using social networks, data were obtained: one third of respondents noted that curiosity (34.9%), as well as a friend (girlfriend) (25.8%) and all friends were registered there (24.7 %) have become important incentives in the registration on the network.

Next, when identifying the reasons for the use of social networks, the question was asked "Do you think that the main function of social networks is communication?": Respondents fully agree or rather agree that the main function of social networks is communication.

With the help of the question "What is the main motives for the use of social networks?" The following data were obtained: one third of the respondents believe that the main motives for the use of social networks are to find friends, classmates, classmates and communication with them. As well as respondents noted that the communication method is also a motive for use (20.9%). The main objectives of using social sites are communication with people and the search for old friends (classmates, childhood friends, acquaintances).

The question was asked "What is priority for you when using the services provided by the social network?": Most young people noted that the presence of a communication method and time is a priority when using services provided by the social network (39.1%).

So, hypothesis 3. The fact that the main cause of social networks in the youth environment is communication with friends, as a whole confirmed. This can be explained by the fact that the main stimulus, function, motive and purpose of using social networks for young people is communication with friends.

In order to find out, the social networks replace real communication, respondents had to indicate an approximate number of their friends (acquaintances) on social networks, if they are registered in several social networks, then their total. And also to indicate with whom they communicate in real life (approximate number): Almost half of the respondents noted that in social networks up to 100 friends. Of these, they communicate in real life from about the 30s, so consider half of users of social networks.

In order to characterize the availability of real life friends, the respondents were asked two questions: "Are people in your real life who would you call friends?" And "If so, how many friends do you have in real life?": In almost all young people in real life there are people who would be called friends (93%). Almost half of them noted that in real life there are from 1 to 5 friends. Hence it follows that part hypotheses 4. The fact that communication in social networks replaces real communication, was confirmed.

Further, in order to find out whether communication contributes to the formation of personal qualities, respondents were invited to determine the influence of social networks on lifestyle and study (work): the use of the social network did not affect the way of the life of young people (43.7%). For study (work), social networks also do not affect, so most users consider.

In order to determine the use of social networks in your free time, respondents were offered an open question "What do you prefer to do in your free time?": Young people in their free time prefer to walk, communicate with friends and loved ones (23.7%), and use Social networks prefer not many (10.5%). 69.7% of young people in the social network indicate their surname, name, patronymic, place of study (work) and post 1-2 photos.

In this way, hypothesis 4. Confirmed partially. Namely, communication on social networks did not affect the way of the life of young people, but replaces real communication, as friends in social networks are more than in real life.

Online addiction

The attitude to the appearance of a person's dependence on social networks in young people is as follows: two thirds of respondents agree that there is a tendency to the emergence of a person's dependence on social networks. Most respondents do not feel dependence on social networks.

In order to determine if they can refuse to use social networks, even if they become paid, as well as the attitude of respondents to the closure of these networks, young people were asked for three questions: "Can you refuse social sites at any time?", " If tomorrow the social network becomes paid, do you continue to use it? " And "How would you react to the closure of social sites?".

"Do you consider yourself dependent on social networks?": Half youth will be able to abandon social sites at any time, and if the social network becomes paid, they will not use it (40.1%). Attitude towards the closure of social sites in respondents - neutral (59.9%).

Most young people agree or rather agree, which disagree that dependence on social networks has become a real global problem.

On an open question: "What methods of dealing with addiction can you offer?" The following data were obtained:

Disabling and closing social sites is methods to combat dependence on most youth (27.8%).

In this way, hypothesis 5. Not confirmed. Since the majority of young people can refuse to use social networks, even spruce will be paid and the attitude towards the closure of social sites is neutral. But the dependence on social networks consider a global problem.

2. Social networks do not affect communication with others, but help in organizing personal leisure activities; Users of social networks attracts the possibility of exchanging multimedia information and the possibility of communicating with friends, because with the help of the Internet you can exchange information and communicate with friends at a distance with many immediately, as well as this method of communication that saves funds and time.

3. Register on the social network prompted curiosity, friend (girlfriend), the main function of social networks is communication; The main motifs are searching for friends, classmates, classmates and communicating with them; Major goals are communication with people and search for old friends (classmates, childhood friends, acquaintances). The presence of a communication method, saving and time, is a priority when using the services provided by the social network.

As you know, a person is a social being. The need for communication is laid in us by nature. But it is not always possible to fully implement this need for real life. As a meeting of graduates - so be sure to meet the case, with an old friend to meet - then you can't, then he, and nothing about new acquaintances and talk. Here it comes to the help of the Internet with its extensive opportunities for communication.

Originally modern means of communication, such as email, teleconferences and interactive conversations, carried out mainly business tasks (informing, discussing problems, working communications). With the advent of individual users, communication has become more free. Free, in the full sense of the word. Communication in "Real" imposes a lot of conventions if, of course, it is not about loved ones or friends. Acquaintance with new people is a whole ritual. It is necessary to impress, show yourself from the best side, and himself, unwillingly, appreciate your interlocutor. Communication on the network is devoid of these restrictions. Communicating in the network, a person reports only the information that he considers it necessary, thereby creating a certain impersonal character, who even the name may be unreal. And it doesn't matter, what is your social status, as you are currently dressed and what is busy.

The most common forms of communication with the help of web technologies are guest books, forums and blogs. Guestbook is a list of messages shown in the reverse order - from the latter to the first one, where each visitor can leave its message. Blog (from English Web Log - Web log, Web-protocol) is a service where each user leads its own magazine, while other users can register comments on the records. The forum reports are grouped by topics. The most developed forums begin to possess the first signs of social networks - social connections can be established between the participants.

The first social network was the American WEB-siteClassmates. (Odnoklassniki), created in 1995. This site helped registered users find and maintain communication with their friends and acquaintances, with those with whom a person had earlier throughout his life - at school, university, at work or at military service . Such sites exist to this day, including in Russia (classmates, VKontakte). Each similar site has a set of tools that help the user create your own virtual portrait - to form a profile, i.e. Specify the necessary data about yourself, your work, hobbies, interests, post photos, videos, etc. Gradually, such services have become not only a means of searching for old friends and acquaintances, but also to familiarize with new people. They began to form communities (groups) of people associated with common interests or unifying professional signs. Thus, social networks are gradually turning from the means of communication "for communication" into the means of finding the necessary contacts and the establishment of connections necessary, in particular, for professional activities.

From the point of view of professional use of social networks, they are a powerful tool for holding promotional and marketing companies, and at the moment are the most promising for the development of the Internet.
