The issues of the submitted study is determined by the contextual environment of the last four years. The content of the historical context is determined by the scanning of the active phase of a new information and psychological war against Russia. The Russian Orthodox Church was in the focus of this information attack. It is necessary to understand, first of all, what causes this focus.

Even in the early 1990s, Zbignev Brzezinsky proclaimed: "After the wise of communism, our most important enemy is Russian Orthodoxy." Today, some is questioned by the accuracy of this statement. But even the recognition of the objections of skeptics, little changes in the overall content of Western political discourse. Let us turn, in particular, to recent statements by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, the former Premiere of Sweden Charles Bildt: "Orthodoxy is the main threat to Western civilization ... The new anti-Western and Anti-Tenta line Putin relies on deeply conservative Orthodox ideas." It is emphasized that this statement is either a political scientist, but a valid policy, an official.

Why exactly Orthodoxy is declared after dismantling communism the main enemy of the West?

The death of the former, the Soviet system of statehood correlated with the process of detentification. Initially, communism was disavowed, as a global project, then was destroyed by civilization identity, expressed at that time with the Marker "Soviet people", then - socially group identities. (Fig. 1). The degradation process was brought to elementary social connections. In fact, this state means in perspective the death of society. It is possible to exit an anomia through the nomination of a new, collecting society of ideology. Through it, the matrix of recreation of the level system of the identities of Russia will be asked.

Accordingly, the geopolitical opponents of Russia should prevent the nomination of any new assembly ideological projects. From here, any doctrines can be discredited that could be taken as the basis of the new Russian assembly.

The most powerful position in Russian society from all potential patriotic ideologies has an Orthodox project. Its from all the options articulated today supports the majority. Other patriotic projects generate unacceptable threats within themselves. The Eurasian project comprises a threat to the Asiatiization of Russia, the project of Russian nationalism - an interethnic war and the collapse of the country, the non-social project - materialism and dedicationalization. All of these threats occur in hypertrophies of certain valid principles in the foundation of these ideologies. But hypertrophy can be avoided.

In conjunction with the Orthodox project, each of these threats is removed. The presence in the kernel of the Orthodox version of history and culture prevents the threat of the country's aassization. The Christian value platform does not allow, in turn, the nationalist-tribal roll of ideological construction. The religious basis of the new ideology does not finally translate it into the format of materialism and dedicationalization. It is Orthodoxy that turns out to be the main potential integrator for Russia. This is obviously well understood by Russian opponents, which determines the information attack on the ROC, started at exactly while at the level of the country's leadership they started the restoration of spiritual fastening of statehood. Of course, the new ideological project of Russia should not be a draft of original regional existence. Fighting the enemy should be at the global level, which only gives the prospect of victory. Regionalization contradicts the very meaning of Christianity, as the religion facing no one people, but to humanity as a whole. Does the potential of such an appeal have modern Orthodoxy? The fixation of countries in the share of the Orthodox population shows that such potential exists. In this area there are also countries that are not attributed to the traditional borders of the spread of Orthodoxy. From here - the possibility of an offensive position in the ideological plan. (Fig. 3).

Orthodoxy is superior. It is a majority religion for 44 peoples of the world. These nations represent 9 language families. So in the global geopolitical situation, the initial positions of the Orthodox project for global presentation exist. (Fig. 4).

The information and psychological war, according to the theory of the wars of a new type, is conducted at several levels - information, conceptual and paradigmal. Turning from one level to another, a cognitive subordination of the addressee of obtaining information is carried out. Consider this chain on the example of the scandal with "Pussy Riot". A provocation is arranged, the result of which is a criminal punishment by the punk rocker. This is the initial information level of the struggle: massive challenge information about the punishment of girls. Next, the transition to the concept level. For this transition, it is proposed to answer - why were the girls in prison? The answer is because the RPC is against freedom of speech. The question is why the ROC against freedom of speech - leads to the third paradigm level. The answer is because Orthodoxy Totalitarian religion. The sentence against the Orthodox Church, and through it and the whole Russian civilization it turns out. (Fig. 5).

The theoretical foundations of the sentence are developed in the Western ideological space for quite a long time. We give the statements of two recognized in the West, as well as in the liberal part of Russian society, as specialists in the history of Russia of American historians and political scientists - Richard Pipes and Walter Lacher. The similarity of their biographies is both immigrants from Poland - shows the principle of coordination of personnel in the West in the information struggle against Russia.

From fixing warfare against Orthodoxy on three cognitive levels, it follows that the response should be carried out in the level system. Conceptually, the meaning of the modern struggle against Orthodoxy and Russia should be conceptually disclosed. Paradigmally - the meaning of world history in the coordinate system of good-evil. In the Arsenal of the Information and Psychological War against Orthodoxy there are various techniques, unlimited by the method of direct, "windy" attacks. The destruction of the Orthodox Continuum involves the deposition of a strike on its spatial and historical and time perspective.

The spatial angle is expressed in the formation of barriers to a potential association. It is obvious that the perspective of ideological assembly on the basis of Orthodoxy should be, according to the logic of the war, is opposed to a strataghem of making a split into the Orthodox world. The fact that this is done and, moreover, has reached certain results indicate events in the post-Soviet space. The two most acute conflicts of Russia of recent times - with Georgia and Ukraine. Both these states are not only the former republics of the USSR, but also the community of Orthodox identity. The attitude of the Georgian and Ukrainian population to Russia, as well as Russian - to Georgia and Ukraine, as a result of these conflicts deteriorated significantly. The result is the actually created obstacle to the implementation of the Orthodox reintegration project. (Fig. 6).

The historical and temporary perspective consists in the destruction of a single, holistic canvas of the history of Orthodoxy and, in particular, the history of the ROC. For this, various kinds of historical myths are produced, aimed at deavavating the Orthodox Church in the past. We list the most popular from myths circulating in modern information space:

• the myth of the peripheralness of Byzantium;
  the myth of the Byzantine totalitarianism;
  myth about the pelo culture;
  the myth of the support of the Church of the Goldenopa Hanov;
  the myth about the violent Christianization of the peoples of the Volga region, the North and Siberia;
  myth about the "Russian Inquisition" of the XV-XVI centuries;
  the myth of the preferences of the Orthodox population in Russia;
  the myth of the elections organized by the Church to Russian Science and Culture;
  the myth of the absence of the ROC authority among the people;
  myth about the organization of the Church of Anti-Semitic Pogroms;
  myth on the support of the ROC of the State Repressive Policy
  the myth of the mass cooperation of clergy with the fascists in the occupied territories;
  myths, disavowing individual Orthodox saints.

In the aggregate, these mythologies cover actually the entire history of Orthodoxy. There is no period that would not be detached.

At the same time, attempts are made to the conceptual revision of Russian history. The history of Orthodoxy in Russia actually coincides with the history of Russian statehood. In this regard, Russian civilizational genes turns out to be a historical expression by the Orthodox value matrix. It is not by chance that the founders of the civilization approach label Russia as "Orthodox Civilization". Accordingly, the change in the scale of Russian history leads to the emasculation of the value in it of the Orthodox factor. Two - liberal approach is fixed - the labeling and non-self-omission is fixed - their expansion.

In the liberal version since 1991, the history of New Russia began. The load of the past, expressed, including the Orthodox traditions, should be in the understanding of the liberals to be discharged for the breakthrough to the future.

Neo-language, on the contrary, the Russian history minimize. Such a depreciation may seem at first glance an expression of patriotic aspirations. What would seem to be a reason for national pride to see his state in the list of the most ancient civilizations of the world?! But with this scaling, the Orthodox period turns out to be no more than an episode in the thousands of Russian history. Accordingly, the immanent of Orthodoxy to the Russian civilization is rejected by Russian civilization. Russian civilization is proposed to reconstruct, naturally, not at the Orthodox, but a pagan platform. (Fig. 7).

Information campaign against the ROC, must be recognized, gave its results. This records various sociological polls. According to a survey of the Levada Center for 2012, only 13% of the population believes that the criticism of the church hierarchs is caused by the desire of opponents of the Russian national revival to humiliate the church, weaken its union with the authorities and the people. The majority sees the reason in the church itself - its maintenance of the interests of the current power (25%), the desire for earthly benefits (16%), growing conservatism and aggressive fundamentalism (7%), the rejection of freedom (6%). A total of 54% of respondents against 13% supporting the church supported the total anti-skewer position.

In comparison of the monitoring data of the Levada Center for 2012 with similar surveys of 2001 and 2005, a fall in the prestige of the church in society was discovered. Only half of the population supported the position of the inadmissibility that a person who confesses the religion other than Orthodoxy was to be at the head of Russia. (Fig. 9).

All these figures indicate that the information struggle is playing. If you do not take appropriate efforts to change the situation, a new war against Russia and Orthodoxy can be lost.

"They," the head of the SBU explained, "they raised the whole generation of the Russian military who are confident that in Ukraine you need to destroy Ukrainians - those who have other opinions and lifestyle than in their profascious and Eurasian imagination. The danger is that it is approved as a new wave of Orthodoxy - Orthodox Fundamentalism. " Repetition at the level of the Ukrainian leadership of Formula Z. Burezinsky testifies once again about the design nature of the revolution in Ukraine.

The use of the Marker "Orthodox Fundamentalism" is also one of the techniques of cognitive manipulations. The concept of fundamentalism in information flows of recent years was tightly tied to Islam. Islamic fundamentalism was presented, in turn, in fact, as a synonym for terrorism. Accordingly, the appearance of the concept of "Orthodox Fundamentalism" implied his relationship with terrorist practice. In fact, Orthodoxy, as previously Islam, is charged that it is the ideology of terrorism. (Fig. 10).

And what on the other side? What is the elite of Maydan Ukraine in a religious plan? Wide incorpority of representatives of various religious sects and minorities is well known. Of particular attention is the increased popularity in Ukraine of the neo-language movement "Rune-faith". In essence, it is an ideological banner of new Ukrainian nationalism. Similarly, at one time, Aryan neo-dockey was used in Nazi Germany. Officially, as the ideology of the Third Reich, it was never proclaimed. But in fact, it was based on the basis of neo-language, new ideological construction was carried out, and, above all, with respect to German youth.

The fact that Ukrainian neo-dockey is the Western project is quite obvious. The movement originated in the Ukrainian Diaspora of Canada and the USA. The first community was registered in 1966 in Chicago. The headquarters of the movement and today is not at all in Ukraine, but in the city of Spring Glen State New York. The activist movement was, in particular, Katerina Chumachenko, born in the United States, the future spouse of the first Maidan leader Viktor Yushchenko. (Fig. 12).

The ideological origins of Russian neo-language are the same. The German neo-language Ariosophy was adapted after the war by Russian emigrants. In the Russian emigrant environment, the first associations are created, popularizing the pre-Christian pagan Rus. The claim for the global audit of the history of ancient Russia was presented, in particular, in the Western Western Western Labor, which settled in Canberra, Sergey Forest (Sergey Yakovlevich Paramonov). In the contextial period, the neo-language movement transfers its activities in the USSR. It forms one of the directions of the dissident. Over time, the struggle against the communist ideology is replaced by the installation of the fight against Orthodoxy. In fact, the movement of neo-language nationalism in Russia has been formed to date. The Russian "Run-Vera" appears the Russian Run-Vera. The use of Russian neo-language in the same quality as Ukrainian neu-language was used on Maidan, should be considered as a real perspective in attempts to organize the "Color Revolution" in Russia. (Fig. 13).

The information war has discovered the fact at the present stage, it would seem impossible earlier than the Alliance of Liberal Western and Nazism. According to Orthodoxy, shots from two flanks are applied simultaneously. Western liberalism is fighting Orthodoxy as a fastening of Russian civilization. Nazism, in turn, is struggling with Orthodoxy as an assistant (overed) teaching. In principle, there is nothing fundamentally in this struggle. The deep sources of the liberal-western trend on Orthodoxy are claims to the global universalism affiliated in the West religions. The origins of the same anti-blatasted position of Nazism are associated with an ancient confrontation of Christianity in the face of tribal paganism. (Fig. 14).

And we will return to the starting historical point again - the collapse of the USSR.

The Soviet state was not a state Christian. The ideology of the USSR officially relied on an atheistic worldview. However, in the value attitude, the Soviet society was kept largely on the tradition of Christian morality remained on the inertia. With the collapse of the USSR, the illusion arose from the part of the church groups of the population that desnets will lead Russia to the Christian revival. And indeed, the religious life during this period was legitimized. However, the new stage of destruction of the value foundations of the Russian society is discovered for decolation, its dehristianization opens.

A shock is applied by historically formed on the basis of Christian culture values. (Fig. 15).

And this challenge has not only attitude towards Russia. The West is already dehristanized. Gay parades, militant hedonism, a legalized global market system - all these typical signs of a built new model of life are clearly dissected with Christian world-world.

Russia's dehristianization would mean in these conditions actually the final point of the historical "Evangelical Project". Doesn't it go to this? Do not reveal the depths of the ontological, transcendental struggle today, which was stated in the great religious revelations of the past.
