Does this affect the validity of my license?Replacing Username and Password with License Key will not have any effect on your license. The License key represents a unique string in the format XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX which is used for identification of the license owner and for activation of the license as well as the license credentials.

NOD swears at this patch and will immediately remove it, so turn off the antivirus and then download it.
First you need to disable the antivirus self-defense. This is done in the advanced settings Computer> HIPS> Enable Self-defense module (uncheck).
NOD will say that a computer restart is required, let's do it.
