Usually, when choosing which provider to connect to the Internet or interactive television, users carefully weigh the pros and cons - the cost of services, quality, level of service, availability of nearby offices, company representative offices, etc.

I have been using the services of Rostelecom for 6 years now. First I bought a mobile phone and a SIM card of the operator, then I decided to connect the Internet. I have no dissatisfaction with the work of the company, the Internet is like the Internet.

A year ago I bought a new TV and decided to try IP TV. Chose a rate on the site. The specialists arrived in 2 days, brought the prefix with them, set everything up, showed how to use it. Now I watch 200 channels for 500 rubles a month.

Satisfied, I have no complaints. I did not connect additional services, so I can’t write anything about their work.

Last winter, I connected the Internet at the same time in a package with digital TV from Rostelecom. I liked the way the guys did their work: I wrote a questionnaire on the site, the manager called me back, agreed to meet at a convenient time for me. The guys came hour by hour, quickly connected everything, told what where, how to use what, gave all the documentation for the equipment.

In the first month, everything was fine - everything worked without failures, the Internet did not freeze, nothing was buggy. But then the prefix (leased) came up. I called the master from Rostelecom. He picked it up and brought it back to me two days later. And what? Worked for a couple of hours and stopped working again. The same guy came again, we already met. Picked up the attachment again. After that, he brought a new one and the problem was successfully resolved.

A week later, some incomprehensible problems with the network began. Half of the channels disappeared, the Internet worked at half strength, communication breaks. It was impossible to get through to tech support. It only happened on the third day. These crashes went on for about a week.

Now, it seems, everything is working without failures, but it is still difficult to get through to the hotline if anything is still difficult. I rate the work of Rostelecom at 4 points.

I connected TV online 3 months ago. Read the reviews before joining. There were some not very good ones among them, but having estimated all the same, I decided and ordered. The connection went without any problems, except for the fact that the master from the service was a day late, but I am a pensioner and for me this is basically a trifle.

In the work of the TV, everything suits me. Everything is very convenient, the settings are all simple, the quality of the picture on TV is good, pleasing to the eye. If the Internet does not work well - and the TV also starts the same way. When there were such communication problems, I tried to call technical support. Then I realized that the reviews I read were true. In order to get through to the operator, I sat on the phone for about an hour in the evening.

If you close your eyes to this, the company is good, accidents rarely occur with them, and people are polite, which is a rarity in our hour.

I don’t remember how much, but I have been using Rostelecom Internet for a very long time. For his birthday, he wanted to make a gift to himself and connect interactive TV. I went to the office and signed the papers. I was given a prefix and data to enter. I connected everything myself, the head is in place. There were no problems with the setup.

For two weeks, familiarize yourself and fell in love with the View Control feature. I like it a lot. Putting a pause on the TV, hitting the road to the kitchen and not missing anything is just a dream of my childhood. To all those who have doubts - I recommend!
