We are testing mobile banking of Belarusian banks. Today we will explore the application Belinvestbank for the Android operating system.


Even before registering with the system, you have access to some functions of the application. The first section on the start page is "Courses". The section is quite saturated. Firstly, not only the current rate is displayed here, but also the schedule for its change, for example, for a month or a quarter.

One minus - I never found a cash exchange rate. Information is only on cards and deposits :(


Next section titled "Contacts" also did not please me. It allows any user to write or call the bank, but subsections "News" and “Service Points” turned out to be not working :(


Section "Consultant", which is an online chat, also refused to answer me :(


Now let's go into the application. To enter you can use the username and password from the Internet bank, as I did. If this is your first time using Belinvestbank systems, you can either register or log in using MSI.


The first thing the application suggested as soon as I logged in was to configure a simplified login to the system for a specific device, without SMS confirmation. So I did, and at the same time I turned on the entrance by fingerprint. And no need to enter a password anymore :)


To my surprise, the main page in the application was not. That is, after logging in, the client immediately goes to the section "My payments"


Here, all paid services are automatically saved, from here you can re-make the payment, rename the payment, delete it and even carry out several operations at the same time.

To get to the section "History", just swipe left. In the section you can view, save and send the check by e-mail or through the messenger.


Section "Payment for services" conveniently divided into 3 parts: popular payments, ERIP system and free payment.

And if you do not know where to find the desired service, you can always use the advanced search, for example - by name or account number.


In section "Cards" services such as disabling / enabling SMS alerts, PF-manager, applications for opening new cards and re-issuing existing ones are available to you.


Advanced plastic functionality can be found by clicking on the card.


Here you can replace the card, issue an additional one, block plastic, prohibit operations abroad, view the statement and send it by e-mail, make transfers to cards and to accounts.

However, from the application, the transfer can be carried out only on cards of 2 other banks: Belarusbank and Belagroprombank.


But I didn’t succeed in setting limits, although such a service is there, but it’s “temporarily unavailable” in the mobile application :(


Sections “Accounts and deposits” and “Credits” turned out to be not very functional. From here you will not be able to apply for a loan or remotely open a deposit :(


Personal opinion of the tester


Unfortunately, Belinvestbank’s mobile service was not as good as online banking.

Many services that are available in the WEB version are not implemented in the mobile application:

I was very confused by the absence of the main page, exchange rates can be found only on cards, transfers are limited, there is no remote registration of deposits and loans, and some services, such as “News”, “Online Consultant” and “Service Points” do not work correctly.

For registration and execution of operations using the Mobile Banking application and in the Internet banking system of the bank, unified customer registration data is used - username, password, mobile phone number, email address.
