Each operator has profitable offers for its subscribers. They increase their competitiveness and make service conditions more attractive. Rostelecom has launched its own discount system called the Bonus program. Participation in it is absolutely free. Let's figure out what privileges you can get and how to do it.

How to get involved

Any subscriber of Rostelecom can join the loyalty program. At the same time, it does not matter what company services he uses - a home or mobile phone, the Internet or an interactive TV set-top box. To do this, you need to register in the Personal Account on the operator's website. Only after that you can:

  • go to the program tab;
  • study the conditions under which privileges will be granted;
  • agree to the terms of the public offer;
  • fill out a questionnaire.

If you do not complete these steps, bonuses will not begin to accrue. For registration in the program and filling out all the items of the questionnaire, you will receive additional points - 500 units. They are considered welcome.

What can you get points for?

In addition to bonuses for joining the program, there are 6 more options for earning points. They are charged for:

  • invoice delivery by e-mail;
  • participation in various surveys for users who appear in your personal account with enviable regularity;
  • filling in all additional fields in the Personal Account (the more details you tell about yourself, the more points you get);
  • for payment of communication services;
  • for making an amount over 1,000 rubles in one payment.

And the last sixth option - points are issued as a gift for your birthday. Thus, the operator will accrue bonuses to each subscriber.

You only need to pay for communication services and use them. Participation in surveys is voluntary, if you do not want to spend time on them, then you can not do this.

After depositing funds to the subscriber account, bonuses are not credited immediately. This usually happens within the first 15 days of the month following the month in which you made a payment or used money to pay for services. For every 5 rubles, 1 bonus is awarded.

Participant statuses

Depending on the involvement of the participant in the program and the amount of his expenses, the participant can be assigned one of the statuses that gives special privileges:

  • "Basic" is given to all participants;
  • "Standard" starts to work after you accumulate 4 thousand points;
  • "Privilege" is valid after 10 thousand bonuses on the balance;
  • "VIP" is given to those who have accumulated more than 20 thousand points.

Validity of special statuses is 24 months. At this time, users receive a discount on goods that are actually purchased from their bonus catalog. It can be different: for clients with the "Standard" status it is 5%, and "VIP" users are able to reduce the price of rewards by 15%. After the discount expires, the status will change.

Privileges for television users from Rostelecom

Participation in the program is more beneficial for those subscribers who use the maximum number of products from Rostelecom. The largest number of positions in the catalog is presented for owners of interactive TV set-top boxes connected to this operator. They can connect for rewards:

  • access to watching movies and series (the price depends on the popularity of the content);
  • package "Adult";
  • package "Your cinema";
  • packages from Amedia;
  • HD channels;
  • video "Women's World";
  • sports TV channels broadcasting football matches;
  • "Manage browsing" service and file quota for it from 5 to 30 gigabytes.

You can order content or a package of TV channels directly from the set-top box for watching TV or in your personal account.

Goods for subscribers connected to the Internet or home phone

For owners of phones connected to the Rostelecom network, favorable conditions apply for connecting minutes packages. From the catalog of rewards, they can choose packages from 15 to 120 minutes that will be distributed to the connection:

  • inside the zone;
  • local;
  • intercity.

Everyone will be able to choose the most suitable package for themselves. They are not expensive, especially if you use several products at the same time and answer questions regularly.

For customers who have connected the Internet from this operator, there are advantageous offers from partners. For rewards you can buy:

  • kits from partners, for example, for the game World of Tanks;
  • discount on Internet access;
  • several months of using one of the three antivirus programs.

To use points, you just need to go to the catalog of gifts, select the one you need and pay for it from your status account. This is done in the "Exchange points" tab. In a message in your Personal Account, you will receive a promo code that can be used on the partner's website or entered when installing the program.

Expiry dates for points and gifts

All accrued points are valid for 24 months. Only 2 years after enrollment, they will begin to burn out. During this time, you will be able to accumulate fairly large amounts and spend points at your discretion.

Validity periods for discounts and gifts are offered different:

  1. Ordered films and series can be viewed in the next 48 hours. They are available immediately after ordering.
  2. The subscription fee discount is valid only from the 1st day of the next month. It only covers one month.
  3. Antivirus programs are provided free of charge for 2 months. Moreover, if you ordered a promotional code on May 7, and installed the program only on May 20, you can use it for free only until July 7. Please note that you cannot constantly renew the antivirus, each product is available for order only once. If you already have the desired program, you cannot renew it using a promotional code.
