If you have not created a personal account yet, follow the instructions below:

  1. Go to the provider's page and click on the "My Account" button. A new window will open with an "Authorization" section. Find the "Register" button next to it.
  2. Enter your mobile phone number or email address and password in the appropriate lines. These details will be used to log into your personal account. Rostelecom requires you to create long passwords that contain numbers and letters of the Latin alphabet of upper and lower cases. Select your region and click on the "Continue" button.
  3. Confirm registration. Depending on the information entered, a message with an activation code will either be sent to your email or sent to your phone. If you cannot access your personal account and use messages, you can order the details from the operator. It is impossible to do this remotely, so you will have to contact the office. An employee can issue a paper version of the report, but this service is not free. The advantages include the possibility of obtaining detail over a long period. The cost of the service depends on the tariffs of the region and the selected quarter.
