The services you use are charged daily according to the current tariff plan. All this is displayed in one receipt, except for the case if services are provided under different service schemes (credit / advance), in which case two receipts (or two electronic invoices) come.
With an advance payment system, by the beginning of each month, you need to have an amount on your personal account that is enough to pay for the tariff plan. Why did I receive a receipt if I have already terminated the contract with Rostelecom and have not used their services for a long time?
Such situations are due to the fact that upon termination of the contract, the recalculation for early withdrawal from participation in the promotion was not carried out. When terminating the contract, the operator always warns the subscriber about possible additional charges.
If a subscriber, for example, terminates the contract for the service “Home Phone” or “Home Internet” with a non-promotional tariff, recalculation can be made immediately.
If the subscriber has a promotional tariff, then recalculation will be made at the end of the billing period (3-5 days of the month following the billing period).
