SERB participated in the attack on Navalny outside the FBK office in April last year. Then they first tried to throw a cake at the oppositionist, after which they poured something odorous. There was no investigation into the attack then.

Petrunko is also known as a man, urine (or something similar) one of the paintings at the exhibition of photographer Jock Sturges in Moscow.

The leader of the SERB movement Gosha Tarasevich rejected the accusations of Navalny's supporters on the air of the radio station "Moscow Speaks": "What else can they say? That Navalny is promoting himself, admit it? They will, of course, blame someone. As far as I know, Sasha is already a long time ago in Crimea, he went there before the holidays. Alexei Navalny, who travels around the country, opening campaign headquarters and participating in rallies, was doused with brilliant green in Barnaul on March 20. The politician also said that the attacker disappeared into the building of the regional administration.

In connection with the incident, representatives of Navalny's headquarters have already turned to the police, Interfax reports. "We have already contacted the police in connection with this incident," Olga Fotieva, a representative of the headquarters in Barnaul, told the agency at the scene.

According to the head of Navalny's campaign headquarters, Leonid Volkov, the attacker got into a Nissan Qashqai and drove to the courtyard of the Altai Territory administration. The election campaign of Alexei Navalny is of interest not only in Russia, but also abroad. In early March, a similar incident with polyurethane foam occurred in Nizhny Novgorod. Then all entrances to Navalny's headquarters were filled with sealant. Head of staff Anna Stepanova said that the owner of the building was offered to end cooperation with Navalny and threatened to destroy the premises if he refused.

The attack on the politician took place last Saturday, March 18, in Kemerovo, where two strangers immediately escaped threw eggs at him. A similar incident took place on Sunday, March 19, at a rally against the increase in utility tariffs in Novosibirsk.

"Moskovsky Komsomolets" reminds that on April 6, Navalny plans to open his campaign headquarters in Irkutsk and Krasnoyarsk. On April 13, the presentation is scheduled in Omsk and Tyumen.

Two people were caught on one of the video recordings of the attack on Navalny: one man, apparently, is filming the attack on the camera, the second, whose face is smeared, pours green paint on the politician. Kulakov admitted that he had come “just to take pictures,” and said that he sharply condemned what had happened. At the same time, FBK director Roman Rubanov posted a screenshot of a commentary in which Kulakov writes: “We are preparing a bucket of green stuff, personally for a bastard, a criminal, a parasite, a swindler and a thief Navalny”. Kulakov stated that he did not consider his comment to be a threat and did not call for real violence against Navalny. He called the incident a coincidence.

One of the SERB leaders is Gosha Tarasevich (real name Igor Beketov). Not too popular actor (for 5 years he starred in 18 episodic roles in Russian TV series). Nevertheless, he claims that his film awards are one of the sources of the movement's content.

However, SERB leader Gosha Tarasevich persistently denies the movement's involvement in the attack. He explains Kulakov's presence at the scene as follows: “We got a call with a proposal to come to the FBK office and film something interesting.” Petrunko, according to Tarasevich, was not at the action. “Two days before the May holidays, he went to the sea, to the Crimea,” says the SERB leader. (At the same time, the attack on Navalny took place 4 days before the holidays.) Tarasevich calls the incident "a well-planned provocation against the SERB movement and for the PR of Alexei Navalny." According to him, “there is an impression of a planned action” and the fact that “Navalny was ready to attack”, because the oppositionist did not chase after the attacker, and the face of the person who splashed the green paint was smeared on the video, unlike the face of the SERB activist. “We do not hide our actions and always post notes to show an example of actions,” added Tarasevich. - We try to inflict minimal physical damage. The alleged attacker is Alexander Petrunko. Doesn't communicate with the press. Apparently preparing an alibi.

Punishment for actions against oppositionists with brilliant green was followed only once. When the presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov called the attack on the writer Lyudmila Ulitskaya "hooliganism", the police detained a 33-year-old citizen of Ukraine and drew up a report on him under Article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation "Minor hooliganism", but the attacker got off with a fine of only 500 rubles ; the maximum punishment for her is 15 days of arrest.

Lawyer Nikolai Zbroshenko believes that the attackers who splashed brilliant green in the face of Navalny and Fedorova can be punished even under criminal article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation "Hooliganism", as they caused harm to health, the maximum punishment for it is up to 7 years in prison. However, the police can qualify this incident under the "usual" administrative article. If Petrunko really attacked Navalny, for him it will be the second offense under this article - this can become an aggravating circumstance when choosing a punishment.

Of course, we asked the law enforcement officers: what happens to the search for the criminal who attacked the opposition leader? As reported to "MK" in the press service of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Moscow, after the message to the service "02" that Alexei Navalny was doused with brilliant green on Leninskaya Sloboda Street, a pre-investigation check was started. Actually, the news of the check appeared on the website of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs on April 28 at 21.30, more than 30 hours after the attack. And since then, nothing has changed. Indeed, four days (this note was written yesterday at 16.00) is too little time for our bodies to sort out such a complex matter. Actually, and there is no case: the check is pre-investigation. And this despite the fact that the corpus delicti is evident (more precisely, on the face), and the attacker himself was not presented to the police on a silver platter.
