On home page site click on the button "Open Photo Editor".

Next, you may need to allow the web service to use Flash Player, for which you just need to click on an empty field and then click "Allow" in the pop-up window. In the photo editor that appears, click on the button located in the upper right corner "Upload a photo".

Next press Download from Computer or choose the second option if you have a link to the image on the Internet.

On the updated web service page, click "Choose a photo", in the opened system window "Explorer" go to the folder with the picture, select it and press "Open".
